Welcome to Valor Medical Evidence Consulting LLC (“Valor,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services,

communications, and related platforms (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and

agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue

use of our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that

you have the legal authority and capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Services Provided

Valor Medical Evidence Consulting LLC provides independent medical evidence consulting

services, including but not limited to:

• Medical record reviews

• Independent Medical Opinions (IMOs)

• Nexus letter evaluations when medically appropriate

• Review of supporting medical documentation

• Educational guidance regarding medical evidence related to VA disability claims

Our Services are consultative and educational in nature and are not legal services.

3. No Legal Representation

Valor Medical Evidence Consulting LLC is not a law firm, Veterans Service Organization (VSO), or

VA-accredited claims representative.

We do not:

• Provide legal advice

• Represent clients before the Department of Veterans Affairs

• File VA claims on behalf of clients

• Communicate with the VA as legal representatives

Clients remain solely responsible for:

• Filing their own claims or appeals

• Submitting documentation to the VA

• Communicating with VA representatives or accredited agents/attorneys

4. Independent Medical Judgment

Any medical opinion, nexus letter, or record review provided by Valor Medical Evidence

Consulting LLC represents the independent professional medical opinion of the reviewing

clinician based on the records, supporting documentation, and information available at the time

of review.

Medical opinions may result in:

• Favorable findings

• Unfavorable findings

• Inconclusive findings

depending on the available evidence and professional medical judgment.

Opinions are not pre-written, guaranteed, or contingent upon VA approval outcomes.

Medical opinions are based on factors including:

• Current medical literature

• Clinical expertise

• Objective and subjective medical evidence

• Documentation provided by the client

The Department of Veterans Affairs independently evaluates all evidence and may weigh

medical opinions differently during disability determinations.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

Valor Medical Evidence Consulting LLC does not guarantee:

• VA disability ratings

• Service connection determinations

• Claim approvals

• Appeal outcomes

• Claim processing times

VA decisions are made solely by the Department of Veterans Affairs and other applicable

adjudicating agencies.

Past outcomes do not guarantee future results.

6. No Treatment Relationship

Use of our Services does not establish:

• A provider-patient relationship

• An ongoing treatment relationship

• Emergency medical coverage or availability

• Continuity of care obligations

Valor Medical Evidence Consulting LLC does not provide emergency medical services, ongoing

clinical treatment, prescription management, or direct patient care through these consulting

services.

Clients should seek appropriate medical care from their treating healthcare providers for

diagnosis, treatment, emergencies, or ongoing healthcare needs.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information

• Submit authentic and unaltered documentation

• Provide records relevant to the requested review

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes

Clients acknowledge that incomplete, inaccurate, or omitted records may affect the conclusions

of any medical review or opinion.

Clients are solely responsible for the materials and information they submit.

8. Payments & Refund Policy

By purchasing any consultation or service, you agree to provide accurate billing and payment

information.

Due to the professional time and resources involved in reviewing records and preparing medical

opinions, fees may become non-refundable once work has begun.

Refunds, if any, are considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Valor Medical

Evidence Consulting LLC.

A determination that a favorable medical opinion or nexus statement cannot be medically

supported does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated after services have substantially commenced may be

contested with supporting documentation of work performed.

9. Communications Consent

By submitting forms, scheduling consultations, or contacting us, you consent to receive

communications related to your inquiry or requested services, including:

• Email communications

• Phone calls

• SMS/text messages where consent is provided

Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of

SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.

10. Privacy & Confidentiality

Valor Medical Evidence Consulting LLC takes reasonable measures to safeguard client

information and documentation.

However, electronic communications and file transmissions may carry inherent security risks. By

using our Services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Clients are encouraged to avoid transmitting highly sensitive information through unsecured

channels whenever possible.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, graphics, text, materials, and related intellectual property

are owned by Valor Medical Evidence Consulting LLC or its licensors and are protected under

• Reliance on medical opinions or documentation

• Delays, interruptions, or technical issues

All Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or

implied.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valor Medical Evidence Consulting LLC, its owners,

clinicians, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages,

losses, or legal expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms

• Misuse of the Services

• False or misleading information submitted by you

• Unauthorized or unlawful use of materials or opinions provided

15. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services at any time if we

reasonably believe a user has:

• Violated these Terms

• Submitted fraudulent information

• Engaged in unlawful, abusive, threatening, or harmful conduct

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of

California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in

California, United States.

17. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our

Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
