Non-Refundable Services

Once any service has begun, including but not limited to:

• Medical record review

• Document review

• Evidence analysis

• Case evaluation

• Medical opinion or nexus development

Services are considered rendered and are non-refundable.

Pre-Service Refunds

Refunds may be considered only if services have not yet begun.

Requests must be made prior to the initiation of any review, analysis, or evaluation work.

Clinical Judgment Disclaimer

All medical opinions are based on independent clinical judgment and evidence-based review.

No specific outcome, opinion, or VA disability rating can be guaranteed.

Clients acknowledge that:

A medical opinion may determine that a nexus cannot be medically supported, and

This outcome does not qualify for a refund.
